So the elephant in the room is how I can play it in 2022 with at least 720p resolution, all missions and preferably with a mouse and keyboard. There is a PC mod for San Andreas but it’s not very stable or complete last time I played. I see, but GTA games run on low frame rates via PCSX2 emulation.
