When I switched to Nikon Z, I gave f4 another try, but again was not happy with the two lenses available at that time (the 24-70 and 14-30). I do like a high-quality f4 travel lens, such as the Nikon Z 24-120 and the Olympus 12-100, where f4 helps to keep size and weight reasonable.
Nikon z 24-120 f4 or Nikon z 28-75 f2.8 ? Hello, which lens is better for street photos, music shows and portraits, their weight is similar and the price too, what do you recommend to buy? thanks. When we look at the the 3 year roadmap, Nikon does not have a "prosumer" telephoto option listed, which seems odd. If you want more than 70mm of reach with a zoom lens, you need to
(There is a 24-70mm f/4 S, but there’s no 70-200mm f/4 S on the roadmap yet, or indeed any lightweight telephoto.)
