Hi all, I own a grand c-max automatic 2.0 from 2011. Yesterday after 400 miles trip suddendly the message "transmission malfunction services now" appeared. I stopped the car for 10minutes the message disappeared and the car worked fine for more 40 miles. The problem is that now, christmas time, all the ford dealers are closed.
